He isn’t talking yet. She can’t sit still in class. Reading is a battle most nights. If growing up is harder for your child than it should be, you’re in the right place — every kind of help below sits under one roof, across our two centres.
Every family starts with a sentence, not a service name
No one calls us knowing what they need. Parents call with one worried sentence: “He isn’t talking yet.” “The teacher says she can’t sit still.”
If you have a sentence like that, the list below gives it a name — and once you have a name, you’ll know what to do next. You don’t need to pick a service. That’s our job, and it starts with a conversation.

Occupational therapy
For children who find everyday things hard: handwriting, sitting still, noise and touch, dressing, coordination, the routines of a school day. A deliberately broad scope.

Psychology & Behavioural Support
Led by our educational psychologist, for behaviour, emotional regulation, and assessment. Careful, psychology-led work.

Learning & educational support
For school-age children who are bright but can’t get reading, writing, or school to stick. Delivered through our educational psychologist, not as a separate “special education” service.

Elements — early intervention
For infants and toddlers, when a worry shows up early. Now delivered one-to-one. The youngest children we see, and some of our most important work.

Physiotherapy for children
Not currently running. We’re honest about it: there’s no physiotherapist on the team right now, so there’s no booking. If your child needs movement-and-strength work, we’ll tell you, and point you somewhere good.
Audiology — our hearing unit isn’t a full-time service, so we mention it only where it’s true: a visiting audiologist and BERA/ABR testing are available at Dr. Shivarama Karanth Nagar. Ask us if this is relevant to your child.

That’s most parents. You don’t need to know the name — that’s our job. Start with a conversation instead.
Every kind of help starts with an assessment
A consultation or a fuller evaluation comes first, every time — not to sell you sessions, but because guessing is how families lose months. It tells you what’s actually happening, what help your child needs, and what to expect. A consultation is ₹1,000; a detailed evaluation starts at ₹2,000. Sometimes the honest answer is that no therapy is needed right now — you’ll get that answer too.
