One of the first questions parents ask us is how many speech and occupational therapists we have. Fair question. Here is the answer.
Why this page exists
A therapy centre is only as good as the person in the room with your child. That’s why we show you our people before you visit: their names, their training, and the centres where you’ll find them.
Cornerstone is about twenty people, close to ten of them therapists, across two centres. Everyone who works directly with children is qualified in their field and works under the clinical direction of the founder. How they work with your child — and what they write down afterwards — is something to ask about on your first call, so you get the answer for your own child’s service and centre.
Services and staffing differ between the centres; we’ll tell you who works where when you enquire. When a therapist is off, your child’s written plan and session notes travel with the team, so nothing is lost on a different day.
Our clinicians are trained in a range of specialised approaches — PROMPT, DIR/Floortime, the Hanen Centre programmes, TalkTools/Oral Placement Therapy, NDT, Handwriting Without Tears, Therapeutic Listening and Learn to Learn — alongside their core qualifications. These are approaches they draw on, not separate services on a menu.
What every therapist here does the same way
- Plans each session around your child’s goals.
- Writes down what happened, so progress is visible and nothing is lost between visits.
- Answers your questions directly. If they don’t know, they’ll say so and find out.
- Treats your child the way they’d want their own child treated.

Part of why families describe this place as warm, not just professional.
There is no physiotherapist on the team, and no dedicated special education team — educational support at Kalyan Nagar is delivered by our educational psychologist. We’d rather be plain about that than list a role we don’t have.
Behind every session
Before your child meets a therapist, someone answers your call and finds your notes. That person matters as much as anyone on this page — and they’re part of why families describe this place as warm, not just professional.
You won’t see children’s faces on this site. Child photos stay in their families’ keeping, by consent.
